Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1: In this course you will become acquainted with the ancient healing practice of Reiki. The main emphasis of Reiki level 1 is to open the physical pathways of energy and connect to the universal life force. This connection clears the energy pathways and frees the body of blockages, laying a strong foundation for giving and receiving Reiki. 

What is Reiki? 

Developed by the Japanese healer Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, Reiki is a form of energy healing that can be used by anyone to support overall mind-body-spirit wellness. By employing gentle touch, this system helps to restore balance to the body's energy. The energy of life, referred to as Ki, flows through us and is essential to our being.
