Looking for some quiet time this Saturday? Come join us at the West Valley Center for Spiritual Living from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for a special evening. It's our Saturday Night OM event, where we chant the word 'OM' over and over again for a whole hour! Now, you may be wondering, why OM? Well, in spiritual terms, 'OM' is a sacred sound that is known to bring peace, balance, and connection to your mind and spirit.
During this hour, you don't need to do anything else. Just sit or stand comfortably, close your eyes, and repeat the word 'OM' with the group. As we chant together, you might find yourself feeling calmer and more focused. The continuous chanting helps us to disconnect from the stress of daily life and brings us closer to our spiritual selves. It’s kind of like taking your mind on a mini vacation, where the destination is relaxation and peace!
This Saturday Night OM event is perfect if you're looking to learn more about your spiritual side or if you've just started exploring spirituality.
